Norwich Crack Stitching Project: Structural Integrity Restored

The Challenge

The rear elevation of a house in Norwich was showing signs of structural distress with visible cracks. The homeowner reached out to us for a long-lasting solution to restore the integrity of their property.

What We Did

To address the issue, we carried out structural crack stitching on the affected area. Our team, led by Dan, executed three stitches using six helical bars, ensuring stability. We utilized resin anchor and structural adhesive to secure the bars effectively. Repointing was completed with sand and cement mortar for a seamless finish. Safe access was secured using tower scaffolding, allowing us to work efficiently between the bottom and top windows.

The Result
