Our client in NR2 required professional repointing for their residential property. The task involved addressing a damaged lintel and surrounding areas by the courtyard.

What We Did

Dan and the team commenced the project with a thorough inspection. We performed a resin repair on the damaged lintel, ensuring structural integrity. The team then ground out the old mortar around the hopper and lintel, repointing with sand and cement mortar for durability. To ensure safety during the process, we utilized a tower scaffold, allowing us to work efficiently at height.
